You can call the claims lines for:

• Any accident - whether it's your fault or not.
• Fire or theft of your vehicle.
• Windscreen damage.
• Malicious damage.

Before you call, please ensure you have the following information to hand:

• Your policy documents.
• Crime reference number (if applicable).
